1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relief Flow Personal and Relief Flow Business (the "App"), operated by Property Relief Services LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Relief Flow is a personal and business budgeting web application. The App allows users to track income, expenses, savings, debt, and other financial data. All financial data entered in the App is stored locally on your device.

The App is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a recurring subscription fee will be charged to your payment method.

3. Subscription and Payment

Relief Flow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before expiration.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal in the App's Settings tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment information. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Relief Flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Relief Flow only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; reverse engineer or decompile the App; share your account credentials with others; or use the App in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

Relief Flow, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Property Relief Services LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business budgeting purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any portion of the App.

7. Financial Information Disclaimer

Relief Flow is a budgeting and financial tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPERTY RELIEF SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
