IP & DMCA Policy
Effective Date: April 6, 2026 · Property Relief Services LLCRelief Flow and all associated intellectual property are owned by Property Relief Services LLC and protected under United States and international law.
1. Ownership of Relief Flow
Relief Flow, including Relief Flow Personal and Relief Flow Business, is proprietary software owned by Property Relief Services LLC. The App's source code, design, user interface, features, functionality, branding, and all associated intellectual property are protected under United States and international copyright law.
The name "Relief Flow," the Relief Flow logo, and associated trademarks are the property of Property Relief Services LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
2. Copyright Protection
The App and all its components are protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the App or any portion thereof
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer rights to the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Violation of these restrictions may result in civil and criminal liability under the DMCA and other applicable laws.
3. Your Content and Data
All financial data you enter into Relief Flow remains your property. You retain full ownership of your data. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your financial data — it stays on your device only. We claim no ownership over any content you create using Relief Flow.
4. DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible through Relief Flow infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your DMCA notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate
5. DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court.
6. Trademark Usage
The "Relief Flow" name and branding may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by us without prior written permission. This includes use in domain names, app names, social media handles, or marketing materials.
Fair use references to Relief Flow in reviews, journalism, or commentary are permitted.
7. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Relief Flow for your personal or business budgeting purposes only. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App.
8. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
9. Report Infringement
To report copyright or trademark infringement or submit a DMCA notice:
