1. Overview
Relief Flow ("we," "us," or "our") is a budgeting application operated by Property Relief Services LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Relief Flow Personal and Relief Flow Business (collectively, the "App").
2. Information We Collect
- A. Data You Enter in the App: All budget data, income, expenses, savings, debt, and financial information you enter in Relief Flow is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never accessible to us.
- B. Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password for authentication purposes only.
- C. Payment Information: Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
- D. Usage Data: We may collect basic anonymized usage data such as app version and general feature usage to improve the App. This never includes your financial information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to: provide and maintain the App; process subscription payments through Stripe; respond to customer support requests; send transactional emails related to your subscription; and improve App functionality.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your financial data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. We have no access to this data. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the App, your financial data will be permanently deleted.
Account credentials are stored securely via Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Third-Party Services
Relief Flow uses the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Supabase — user authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
- Netlify — app hosting (netlify.com/privacy)
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
- Right to Know — request information about what personal information we have collected
- Right to Delete — request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Opt-Out — we do not sell personal information
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

7. Children's Privacy
Relief Flow is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account email for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request account deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Your locally stored financial data is controlled entirely by you.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of Relief Flow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
